Description:

Painting installation which consisted of six paintings representing a book cover. They were inserted among the books displayed in the bookstore's window. Size, style and colour varied from one painting to the next. A single title, "UNTITLED", written visibly on the "fabricated" book covers, created visual unity.

Description:

Triptych consisting of three paintings, including one collage painting. On a wall of the library, the first painting incorporates 38 Reader's Digest books placed in a row on the right, while 4 silhouettes of tightrope walkers are painted on the left. In the first floor locker room, the second painting represents white silhouettes on a striped background. In the second floor locker room, the third painting represents silhouettes of characters that have been cut out into the canvas. The canvas is painted white and features a screen.

Description:

The work consists of three panels. The central panel represents an arched bridge with three turtles crossing it. Under it, the tail of a fish or sea mammal can be seen. This tail rises out of an oval aluminium plate that evokes water. Part of the animal's fin is also made of aluminium. The two extremities of the arched bridge are presented on two smaller panels, which hang one facing the other on the side walls that frame the central panel. The text is written on the wall plate.

Description:

The work consists of four paintings. In the lobby, three paintings display wheelbarrows made of aluminium or that have been painted in bright colours (red, yellow, orange, blue). Boats are pouring out of the wheelbarrows. The painting in the dining room features twelve aligned "wheelbarrow-boats," in the middle of which appears a larger wheelbarrow, shown in profile. The upper part of this larger wheelbarrow spills out of the canvas. Text is written on a wall plate.

C'est de la terre et de la mer que l'homme récolte l'ensemble de sa nourriture. Depuis la nuit des temps, la brouette et la barque sont donc pour lui des instruments élémentaires d'approvisionnement. Elles sont à la fois véhicules et contenants. Et grâce à leur mobilité et capacité de charge, elles prolongent en quelque sorte les possibilités de l'homme. La barque et la brouette sont représentées ici à des échelles variées comme autant de contenants de mesure qui se transvident l'un dans l'autre, mélange, dosage, pressage, combinaison. L'homme par son habileté à les utiliser atteindra l'équilibre, cette notion indissociable des arts de la table.
