Description: 

Six wedges on pedestals sit on the street. Three are enclosed time capsules with listed contents and the other three are open containers intended for refuse.

Half an ounce of oak wood
chippings,
volume two of Karl Marx's
Capital (mint condition, Progress Press edition),
one brown button,
three cola bottles (circa 1990),
lots of paper clips
thirty-seven cents in pennies,
assorted chop-sticks,
a woman's left boot (non-
matching),
not too many men's black
plastic combs,
a child's compass,
Richard Nixon's resignation
speech,
one copy of "Bulgaria on Five
Dollars a Day,"
no men's ties,
and forty-three or forty-four
other items.
