Alex Shapiro est un New-Yorkais qui vit à Montréal depuis 2016. Il est diplômé de la maîtrise en traductologie à l'Université de Concordia en 2019. Il est actuellement en deuxième année à la faculté de droit à McGill University, où il poursuit son intérêt pour la justice sociale et la loi carcérale. Dans son temps libre Alex fait partie du collectif DJ withfriends et participe à la production d'une émission de radio bimensuelle en ligne sur TrueNorth Radio.

Alex Shapiro (he/they) is a New Yorker who has called Montréal home since 2016. He graduated from the maîtrise en traductologie program at Concordia University in 2019. He is currently in his second year of the McGill University Faculty of Law's JD/BCL program, where he pursues a particular interest in social justice and carceral law. In his spare time, Alex is part of the withfriends DJ collective, and is involved in the production of a bi-monthly online radio show on TrueNorth Radio.
