Achong, Deanne

«Deanne Achong lives and works in Vancouver, BC. Her art practice explores concepts of time, narrative and archives, on the web and in installations. She has exhibited her work in Canada, the US and Europe. An early net piece, "Excerpts from An Archive" was included in a publication on photography and the web, published by VU, in Quebec City, 2008. Deanne is in a never-ending quest to outwit google, having previously enjoyed a modest success at the game. She has an MFA from the University of British Columbia, and a BFA from NSCAD.
