Anaïs Guilet is Maitresse de conférences in Literature and in Information communication sciences at Savoie-Mont Blanc University. She is a member of the research team G-SICA, LLSETI. She received her PhD in comparative literature from the University of Quebec in Montreal (Canada) and from the University of Poitiers (France) in 2013. Her thesis was supervised by both Denis Mellier (laboratory FoReLL -Poitiers: Forms and Representations in Literature and Linguistic) and Bertrand Gervais (laboratory NT2 -Montreal: New Technology and New Textuality). Her thesis is untitled: For a cyborg literature: hybrid mediation of the contemporary literary text. Specialized in Digital Humanities, she is interested by digital and transmedia aesthetics as well as the place of the book in contemporary culture.
