The performance took place in the window of unoccupied commercial premises.
Description:
Every day, the artist embroidered on a piece of cloth a significant sentence from one of the 32 chapters of the French and English versions of the novel Bonheur d'occasion by Gabrielle Roy. After, the colored strips of cloth were hung to the wall. An audiotape of the novel being read was played in a loop.
