Remarks on location:

On the South side of 7th Avenue and pedestrian walkways

Description:

Text fragments in stainless steel are wrapped around poles at eye level. Each describes an ordinary moment, such as waiting for a train.

Text of the artwork:

Mind       Images

Artwork theme:

Time, Communication

Note(s):

"I designed this to mimic the patterns bees have when they return to the hive, communicating information to the rest by way of circular repeated dance-like patterns.  If you, as a pedestrian, wanted to read the texts, you would have to circle each of the ten poles to read the artwork."
