She saw the stranger
He passed her purse
She had forgotten
On the bench at Grandin


Rest

 

Banging shoes together, fighting the cold

 

In the train's middle
is a circle that rotates
as the tracks curve
all but the most balanced
hang on tight

 

The rabbit came every morning
