Does an apple a day keep doctors away or does it bring on addiction?
Some people have the habit of having some specific types of food more than others. They seem to be unable to change their diet, in other words they are addicted to that food type. The very common example is addiction to coffee and the reason is the caffeine in coffee which is not very healthy. On the other hand, apples are considered to be healthy food and having them is recommended. We all have heard the saying:" an apple a day keeps doctors away."
In my project, I will have an apple every day for twelve weeks and make it a habit. The objective is to examine two factors: firstly, will it really keep doctors away? And secondly, will this habit of having healthy food bring on addiction?
