Cement slabs were arranged around a central excavation surrounded by a rope and flanking the mound of earth removed to this end. Two gravel arches framed this "garden". ORDRE STABILITÉ PROCÉDURE

History:

Eleven artists were invited to take over six city sites to create in situ works. Axe NEO-7 looked for places that had been forgotten or neglected in the town of Hull. A tour bus allowed visitors to enjoy the works in the company of artists and curators. Artists invited by Gallery 101 occupied Victoria Island and Richmond landing in Ottawa.
