Work consists of text cut into grass on a sloping hillside in a park. The text selected for this public artwork, refers to a quote by Queen Victoria where she expresses her disdain for the fledgling Women's Rights Movement.

Note(s): 

Positioned in Victoria Park, Kitchener, between the statue of Queen Victoria and the clock tower, the text revealed itself from under the grass to suggest an excavation of sentiments prevalent in the past, that remain pervasive today. The original quote is from 1870, the year the town of Berlin (now Kitchener) was first incorporated.
