History:
Established in 1995, the year of its first international symposium, the Fondation Derouin is a non-profit organization whose mission is to:
- hold artistic gatherings on various topics, with a particular emphasis on socially integrated art and relations with the public
- welcome visual artists from throughout the Americas in order to foster North-South dialogue and artistic exchanges
