Il s'agit d'un shoot'em-up typique où des zombies filmés sautent ou lancent des projectiles vers l'écran. Certaines versions supportent le fusil Menacer de Sega comme mode d'opération. Entre les niveaux, le joueur a parfois la possibilité de choisir la prochaine étape de son trajet, ce qui permet une certaine stratégie (limitée).
