1000 vœux tirés du projet «Wish Machine Project», par Chrysanne Stathacos, 1997- aujourd’hui (projet toujours en cours en 2009).

History:
1. Le texte de «One Garden One Night One Wish» réutilise un extrait important de texte en provenance du projet «Wish Machine» (1997-) de Chrysanne Stathacos. Ce projet d’art public interactif a été commandé par la Grand Central Station pour l’exposition «Creative Time» en 1997-1998. L’œuvre a été présentée dans plusieurs pays depuis : à la galerie Power Plant à Toronto en 1999; à Frankfurt, Allemagne en 2001
2. Festival Scotiabank Nuit Blanche, Toronto, ON, le samedi 30 septembre au matin du 1 octobre 2006.

L’arbre émanait une piste sonore créée par Andrew Zealley. Chrysanne Stathacos a décoré l’arbre de vœux et d’ornementations argentées. On invitait les visiteurs à accrocher les «vœux» aux branches de l’arbre.
